Orders
When will my order ship?
Our pieces are made to order. Please allow a few business days for your order to be produced before shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. FOUGAZE ships internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders containing 2 or more tees qualify for free worldwide shipping.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, you'll receive your tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted according to our return policy. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue and we'll help resolve it.

How do the tees fit?
Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, choose based on your preferred fit.
What is the quality like?
Our shirts are professionally printed using durable materials and printing methods designed for regular wear. To help your shirt and print last longer, wash it inside out on a cold cycle and avoid tumble-drying the printed design.
Where are FOUGAZE pieces made?
FOUGAZE works with production partners in different regions, allowing orders to be produced and shipped closer to the customer where possible.
